Bookings
Ahmed processes reservation requests and matches travelers with partner companies based on vehicle type and pick-up location. He studied logistics at Sultan Qaboos University and worked three years in freight coordination before joining 4Drive. When MCT flights land late, Ahmed adjusts handover times with providers to avoid airport wait fees.
Fleet Partners
Layla recruits and audits the local providers in our network. She visits depots in Muscat, Salalah, and Sohar to verify insurance documents and vehicle condition standards. Before 4Drive she managed compliance for a logistics firm in Al Khuwair. Layla also negotiates the no-deposit structure that most partners now accept for advance-paid bookings.
Guest Support
Faisal answers inquiries by email and phone from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday through Thursday. He explains voucher terms, Jebel Akhdar 4WD permit rules, and what “book without credit card” actually means at the counter. Faisal grew up in Nizwa and drove every wadi route before moving to Muscat. His background is hotel front-desk management at a property near Qurum Beach.
